Terms & Conditions

  1. Copyright of odysseytourkrabi.com is owned or legally licensed solely for www.odysseytourkrabi.com.
     

  2. Room Reservation: After the reservation is confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel in all cases. If you wish to make changes, modifications, or reschedule, the customer must notify us at least 30 days before the travel date. Customers can only make changes once (please contact our staff by phone). In case the hotel selected by the customer has no available rooms, our staff will contact the customer to choose an alternative hotel within the same promotion.
     

  3. Trip Reservation: Cancellation Policy: Customers must notify us to cancel (boat tickets/minivan tickets/snorkeling trips) in order to request a refund within 72 hours before the travel date. After receiving the cancellation notice, the company will process the refund within 1-7 days. In cases where the customer books travel during long weekends, holidays, or public holidays, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.
     

  4. Confirmation: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected travel date, time, destination, booking name, email, and phone number are correct before making the payment. Payment and the issuance of the order summary / booking number / booking confirmation document / itinerary will be confirmed immediately. The booking confirmation document will be issued in the passenger's name, which is personal and non-transferable. It can only be used for the destination, date, and travel specified in the document.
     

  5. After the customer successfully completes the booking, we will send the booking confirmation document through the provided communication channel. If the customer does not receive the document, they can email us at c.k.hunter.bluesea@gmail.com or call 09 4361 5987.
     

  6. Check-in: Customers must contact the trip service provider's check-in counter at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
     

  7. All programs do not include national park fees and docking fees. Customers are required to pay these fees separately.
     

  8. I hereby confirm that the payment proof (transfer slip) is a genuine document and has not been altered, added to, or edited in any way. If it is later found to be a forged document, I accept full legal responsibility.

In case of unsuccessful payment problems are as follows:

1. Check. Has the customer's card used to make an online payment before?

2. After filling in the card information and the back of the card Did you receive an OTP verification code for payment?
