Private Speedboat Tour Reservation:
Once a booking has been confirmed, the private speedboat will be reserved exclusively for the customer on the selected travel date and time. If the customer wishes to make any changes, modifications, or reschedule the trip, the customer must notify Odyssey Tour Krabi at least 30 days before the scheduled travel date.
Customers may request to change or reschedule their booking only once. All changes are subject to boat availability and must be confirmed by Odyssey Tour Krabi. If the requested date or time is unavailable, our staff will contact the customer to arrange an alternative available date or time.
Changes to the destination, itinerary, number of passengers, or other booking details may be subject to additional charges where applicable.

Once a booking has been confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
A 100% refund will only be provided if the trip is cancelled by Odyssey Tour Krabi due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, or other safety-related circumstances that prevent the trip from operating.
Alternatively, customers may request to reschedule their trip to another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be made to a date or time that conflicts with an existing confirmed booking.
All rescheduling requests are subject to confirmation by Odyssey Tour Krabi.

Confirmation: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected travel date, time, destination, booking name, email, and phone number are correct before making the payment. Payment and the issuance of the order summary / booking number / booking confirmation document / itinerary will be confirmed immediately. The booking confirmation document will be issued in the passenger's name, which is personal and non-transferable. It can only be used for the destination, date, and travel specified in the document.

After the customer successfully completes the booking, we will send the booking confirmation document through the provided communication channel. If the customer does not receive the document, they can email us at odysseytour.krabi@gmail.com or call +66826696662

Hotel Pick-up, Boarding & Booking Voucher:
Customers must be ready at the designated hotel pick-up point at the confirmed pick-up time stated in the booking voucher. Our driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from the confirmed pick-up time.
If the customer does not appear within 30 minutes, cannot be contacted, and has not informed Odyssey Tour Krabi in advance of any delay or change, the booking will be considered a “No-Show.” In such cases, the transfer and tour will proceed as scheduled, and no refund, compensation, or rescheduling will be provided.
Customers must present a valid booking voucher (digital or printed) to our staff before boarding the speedboat. The booking voucher serves as proof of reservation and must match the confirmed booking details. Customers are responsible for being ready on time and presenting their booking voucher when requested.

All programs do not include national park fees and docking fees. Customers are required to pay these fees separately.

I hereby confirm that the payment proof (transfer slip) is a genuine document and has not been altered, added to, or edited in any way. If it is later found to be a forged document, I accept full legal responsibility.
