For us, a truly memorable journey is created by more than just beautiful destinations. It is shaped by the people who take care of our guests and make every moment of the journey feel truly special.
Odyssey Tour Krabi would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our guests for their warm and thoughtful review, and for placing their trust in us to take care of them throughout the entire journey.
The guests’ wonderful experience reflects the values that have always been at the heart of what we do — safety, professional service, attentive care, and a personalized experience where guests can truly relax and enjoy every moment of their time at sea.
This trip was carefully looked after by Captain Jimmy and First Mate Pop, both of whom made a wonderful impression on the guests through their attentive service, friendly manner, and genuine care throughout the journey.
A Warm Welcome from the Moment You Step on Board
From the very first moment guests step on board, the Odyssey Tour Krabi team places great importance on ensuring that everyone feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
A boat journey is not simply about taking guests from one destination to another. For us, it is about taking care of the entire experience throughout the day — from the journey itself and activities on board to the moments spent relaxing at sea.
The sense of comfort and care that guests experience from the very beginning plays an important role in making the entire day smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
Captain Jimmy – Professional, Calm & Knowledgeable
A Key Highlight: Exceptional Care from Captain Jimmy
One of the key highlights of this trip was the attentive care provided by Captain Jimmy.
With his experience and extensive knowledge of Krabi’s coastline, Captain Jimmy was able to carefully select the most suitable stops and timing throughout the journey. This allowed the guests to discover beautiful destinations in a more peaceful and private atmosphere.
Another aspect that particularly impressed the guests was his professionalism, calm and composed manner, and ability to manage the journey with confidence. These qualities helped the guests feel comfortable, confident, and safe on board throughout the entire day. When it comes to traveling by sea, our guests’ safety and peace of mind will always be our highest priority.
Discover Krabi Away from the Crowds
The Freedom of a Private Boat Experience
The true appeal of a Private Boat experience lies in its flexibility and privacy. On this trip, Captain Jimmy carefully selected beautiful destinations and the most suitable times to visit them, while avoiding crowded areas whenever possible.
This allowed the guests to experience the beauty of Krabi’s sea in a more peaceful, private, and relaxing atmosphere compared to a typical group tour.
Having their own space and time gave the guests the freedom to enjoy the scenery, take photos, relax, and fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Krabi at their own pace.
Pop – The Assistant Who Takes Care of Every Detail
Attentive Care from Pop, Our Dedicated Trip Assistant
In addition to Captain Jimmy, Pop, the trip assistant, was another member of the team who received high praise from the guests.
Pop was friendly, always willing to help, and consistently attentive to the guests’ needs throughout the journey. From preparing refreshments and assisting with equipment to making sure everyone remained comfortable throughout the day, Pop was always ready to provide support whenever needed.
What particularly impressed the guests was that Pop would often prepare things in advance without waiting for the guests to ask.
These may seem like small details, but they reflect the service philosophy at Odyssey Tour Krabi — great service means paying attention and taking care of our guests before they even need to ask.
